Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin: In continuation of Trade Notice No. 13/2024-25 dated 16.08.2024, exporters are directed to mandatorily file Non-Preferential Certificates of Origin through the new eCoO 2.0 system (www.trade.gov.in) from 6th September 2024. Submission of new Non-Preferential CoO applications on this platform shall be discontinued effective from 5th September 2024, 10 PM. Before applying kindly ensure all IEC Details are updated at DGFT. For updating Email id and Mobile number during Registration Process, Kindly visit https://dgft.gov.in and modify your IEC. Any modification in your IEC details would be reflected in this module after a period of up to 24 hours. May please take the given time line into account when planning your application submissions.

Overview

This common digital platform is a single point access for certificates of origin for all FTAs/PTAs for all agencies and all products. This is designed to facilitate exporters through a secure, electronic, paperless CoO issuance process. All designated CoO issuing agencies are required to work through this portal.
